Neck Pain

Neck pain is frustrating when it shows up in everything you do. Checking your mirrors, looking down at work, and getting through the day can all start to feel uncomfortable.

Pattern

Common neck pain triggers

Some people feel a stiff, locked sensation when turning the head. Others feel a deep ache that builds through the day that transfers into the shoulders, upper back, or jaw. Neck pain can also show up as headaches that start at the base of the skull, or as a sharp pinch with looking up or looking down.
